Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (INDIA):

  • At HeartCraft Fashions, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. For shipping within India, we charge a flat Rs.100 shipping fee.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 working days. Unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. 
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes & any other restrictions subjected to government
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural addresses may require additional days for delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • International delivery incurs an additional charge of Rs. 2500/- at checkout.
  • Duties and taxes as per the destination country's regulations are to be borne by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific charges.
  • International orders are typically delivered within 10-15 working days. Delays due to customs clearance or other factors may occasionally occur.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit upon successful return and quality check of the product.
  • The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Refunds will not be provided for customized or personalized orders unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If a product is found defective, a full refund or replacement will be processed based on customer preference.
