1. No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not offer return or refund for:
• Change of mind
• If you do not like the product
• Minor color variation due to lighting/photography
• Size issues
• Personal preference reasons
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Accepted Only in Case of Damage or Manufacturing Defect
Return will be accepted only if:
• The product is physically damaged during delivery
• Any Kundan stone is missing
• There is a clear manufacturing defect
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To raise a return request, you must provide:
• A complete unboxing video
• The video must start from the sealed parcel
• It must clearly show the package being opened
• No cuts, no pauses, no edits
• The defect/damage must be clearly visible
• The video must be recorded on the same day of delivery
Without proper unboxing video proof, no return request will be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
• We do not provide refunds in any case.
• If your claim is approved (damage/defect only), we will offer an exchange.
• You may select any other product from our website of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer if applicable).
5. Time Limit
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• After 7 days, no claims will be entertained.
6. Important Note
As most of our pieces are premium, handcrafted and delicate in nature, we request customers to handle them carefully. Slight irregularities are part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.
7. Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
